The responsibility for the selection of library information and materials is the school library media specialist at Ravenswood mettle School. He/she is responsible for the review, evaluation, and selection of the text material and either other media collection in the school library. This responsibility is disposed(p) to the library media specialist by the Jackson County Board of learning and given the guidelines set forth by the board members. The library media specialist will work cooperatively with teachers, students, and the administration to declare oneself resources with diverse points of view, promote higher level thinking skills, and support the education program at Ravenswood Middle.
