The study was conducted on a chemicals manufacturing organization Indian Glycols express mail (IGL) which is situated in Kashipur. The objective of the project is to augment theoretic knowledge with hands on experience from a legitimate world situation. It also includes analysis of data obtained from Indian Glycols Ltd., and to observe the root cause of the problems faced by the organization in HRM practices. The scope of the research study is to study organization structure, culture, leadership, diversity, police squad building, cross functional police squads, employee satisfaction, and workplace behaviour of the employees and their effects on group building in the field of Behaviour in organization.

A visit to IGL and discussion with the HR manager gave rough insights into how the organization functions and the unlike problems face d by the HR managers in the area of people practices. IGL in Kashipur has 8 various plants and houses 23 departments in manufacturing which are diverse in their character of work and every department includes highly skilled labour. so at organization leve; setting a common coating and team building was found to be a major problem. In order to collect data for our research the team developed a questionnaire and distributed them among the to the managers. The responses were analyzed with the help of statistical methods and the team was able to arrive at meaningful findings.
