A year and a half after the First National Conference Child Rights in the Information Society we ar gathering again to: * Outline the actual status of the problems relating to the rights of children in the information federation; * Share the information and experience on the changes that have occurred in this field within the past period; * Discuss the prospects for maturement of the state policy in the context of the most new-made international trends and initiatives for protection of the children in the information society.  We can check out that at the end of 2002 the state institutions and the civil society in Bulgaria already clearly understand and share the necessity for a specialized care for the children in the modern digital world, that they are ready and have the capacity to jointly implement a national policy compliant to the European trends in this field.
