The importance of leadership is very operative in businesses today. leadershiphip tends to be defined as having a clear vision while communicating it to others and resolving issues amidst persons who is accountable for obtaining the goals of the organization. The types of leaderships are authoritarian, democratic and laissez-faire. These types of leadership impact the performance of an organization differently from one another. Authoritarian leadership is coercive and the expectations of the employees are clearly put in place. Democratic leadership reaches out for feedback and participation from subordinates and managers pertaining to the performance of the company. One leadership behavior that can eventually cause lack of motivation and bleed practices, that is laissez-faire. This appearance allows both subordinates and managers to work on their own preference and schedule.
For organizational performance to be successful the appropriate moderate has to come from the managers and employees.



Owners that provide outstanding leadership can turn an employee from a person who just completes task to a priceless team member. By encouraging an entrepreneurial or possession way of thinking, leadership skills can help change an employees frame of mind. With this type of thinking employees believe they can arrive ways to work smarter by improving their attitude and productivity. Leaders can have a negative impact on organizational performance when being zealous with reaching goals. By doing so, a variety of features within the organization can be overlooked.
