The primary function of Human Resources Management is to increase the effectiveness and contribution of employees of advancement of organizational goals and objectives. Some of the ways that achieving this primary function is EEO and favourable Action, planning, recruitment, selection, development of staff, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and employee relations.
