The concern I felt has been echoed by others as many believe that it is through playing trigger-happy video games and watching violent films that people are sometimes encouraged to act aggressively. With our increasing dependency on the distinct types of media, is there justification for the belief that violence in the media causes violence in society? For many years people have been concerned over the powerful influence that can be exerted through the media.
